These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of velacica.com (the “Site”) and your purchase and use of products offered under the VELACICA brand.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional policies referenced on the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase from this Site.
Products must be used only in accordance with the instructions, warnings, ingredient information, and other information supplied with the product.
2. Our Products
VELACICA offers oral beauty and personal oral-care products, including at-home teeth whitening strips.
Product packaging, quantity, ingredients, directions, treatment schedules, product appearance, and specifications may be updated from time to time.
The product information provided on the Site is intended to describe the product being offered and does not constitute dental or medical advice.
3. Product Results
Individual whitening results may vary.
Results can differ based on factors including the nature and severity of tooth staining, existing tooth color, oral condition, dietary habits, smoking, prior dental work, frequency of use, and adherence to product directions.
Whitening products generally affect natural teeth differently from tooth-colored restorations such as crowns, veneers, fillings, or implants. The American Dental Association notes that natural teeth may whiten while tooth-colored restorations generally do not change color.
VELACICA does not guarantee any specific shade change or identical result for every customer unless such guarantee is expressly stated in writing.
4. Product Claims
Any objective product claims displayed on our Site, packaging, advertising, social media, or promotional materials are intended to be accurate and appropriately supported.
Statements relating to whitening performance, sensitivity, enamel, safety, clinical testing, dentist recommendation, or similar product characteristics should not be interpreted beyond the specific wording presented.
Health-related advertising claims in the United States must be truthful, non-misleading, and supported by appropriate evidence before they are made.
5. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
- incorrect pricing or product information;
- inventory errors;
- shipping restrictions;
- suspected resale or abuse of promotional offers; or
- technical or system errors.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
6. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the Site.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges may be added during checkout where applicable.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
7. Promotions and Bundle Offers
From time to time, VELACICA may offer promotional pricing, multi-pack offers, free products, bundle discounts, limited-time offers, coupon codes, or “Buy X, Get Y” promotions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotions cannot be combined;
- promotions are subject to availability;
- promotional terms may apply only during the stated promotional period;
- discounts have no cash value;
- free promotional items cannot be exchanged for cash; and
- returns involving promotional bundles may require the return of all qualifying unused items, including free promotional units.
If part of a promotional bundle is retained, any refund may be recalculated based on the value of the items retained and the terms of the original promotion.
This provision is particularly relevant to the multi-pack and Buy X/Get Y configurations currently offered on your product page.
8. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.
If we are unable to ship within a timeframe we expressly promised, applicable consumer law may require us to provide an opportunity to accept the delay or cancel and receive a refund. For U.S. internet orders, the FTC generally requires sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping times; where no shipping time is stated, the federal rule generally uses a 30-day standard.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Because VELACICA whitening strips are personal oral-care products, additional hygiene restrictions apply to opened, used, or unsealed products.
Nothing in our policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Intellectual Property
The VELACICA name, logos, graphics, product names, packaging, photographs, website design, written content, videos, advertising materials, and other brand assets are owned by or licensed to VELACICA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, imitate, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from VELACICA intellectual property without prior written authorization.
11. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, image, testimonial, video, comment, or other content to us, you represent that:
- it reflects your genuine experience;
- it does not contain knowingly false or misleading statements;
- you have the right to submit it; and
- it does not infringe another person's rights.
We will not knowingly alter reviews in a way that materially misrepresents the reviewer's opinion.
12. Third-Party Services
Our Site may use third-party services, including ecommerce infrastructure, payment services, analytics, advertising tools, shipping providers, and social-media platforms.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be governed by their respective terms.
